Introduction
Moving into 2026, the web development team will be concentrating on full AI and revised SEO implementation for all of our domains. This includes Hotels, Regional and F&B domains. This will be the strategic roadmap for moving forward as we adjust to the changes that Google has made in late 2025, as well as the growing dominance of AI within the marketplace when it comes to SEO.

2026 Calendar Year
Quarter 1 – 2026 – Hotel Domains
JANUARY – FEBRUARY 2026
FAQ Pages: Update all FAQ pages on every domain with correct, precise questions and answers. These will be a factor in creating front page Schema FAQs.
Content Revision: Updating all current website content, paragraphs, info to be more AI friendly.
GA4 AI Tracking: Start tracking AI audiences in Google Analytics. This process was started late November 2025.
Current Website Audits: Making sure we are AI friendly on all of our websites. This includes H1, H2 & H2 placement, voice-friendly paragraphs, accurate Meta descriptions.
Eliminate Dead Ends: We need to start removing pages we no longer use, redirect them. Remove all unnecessary plugins.
Updating Security: We will start to invest more into security in 2026. With new implementation also comes new threats.
Schema Markup: Ensure valid schema markup for all pages are present. This will be tested via Google’s Rich Text Results tool.
LLMs.txt integration: LLMs.txt will be generated and implemented for every site ensuring structured data is present for LLM’s to consume.
MARCH 2026
Progress Monitoring: A lot of this stuff is very new. So we will have to monitor progress and fix what we are doing incorrectly. Prompt querying on the major LLMs (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini) will also be done to see if and how we appear to these models.

Website Rebuilds: Revise all current food and berate websites with a new look. Make them more streamlines.
